I'm completing my PhD studies on the Cambridge Family Study of Autism. I'm interested in how handedness as a marker of cerebral lateralization relates to global brain volume and asymmetry and special brain regions such as the corpus callosum, the amygdala and the planum temporale. I'm hoping to get further knowlegde about whether autism involves an anomalous pattern of hemispheric specialization and if cerebral asymmetry is associated with levels of foetal testosterone.
