Laura Blanken

Laura was a visiting Doctoral Scientist at the Autism Research Centre, analysing data from Generation R under the supervision of Dr Amber Ruigrok, and a PhD student at the Erasmus program in Rotterdam University, in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, working on the Generation R Study.

Her PhD focuses on brain morphology, brain connectivity and cognition in relation to autistic traits in a large population-based cohort of children in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, supervised by Professor Dr F. Verhulst.

Previously she completed her Masters in Clinical Epidemiology in the Netherlands Institute for Health Sciences, Rotterdam and holds a degree in Medicine from the University of Leiden.
