Sarah K Crockford


Sarah is studying for a BA in Linguistics and Phonetics at the University of Leeds and is visiting student at the Autism Research Centre in Cambridge.

She is co-supervised by Alexa Pohl investigating the experience of motherhood in women with autism spectrum conditions and on a project investigating hormones in individuals with autism and their parents. She is also co-supervised by Richard Bethlehem on a project investigating the effects of oxytocin administration on neural activation patterns in women with or without autism spectrum conditions. Additionally, she is co-supervised by Jan Freyberg and Owen Parsons on studies that involve observing the brain response to social and visual stimuli in people with or without autism using EEG/ERP. 

These projects are funded by the Autism Research Trust and the MRC.
