Olivia was a Communications Assistant with the AIMS-2-TRIALS project, funded by the European Union, working with Dr Tracey Parsons to ensure clear science communication across a very large research consortium in Europe and to the general public. The consortium focuses on research at multiple levels, from genetics and neuroscience through to clinical trials and policy.
Olivia studied Psychology for her undergraduate degree and then obtained a Masters of Research in Social Sciences at the University of East Anglia in Norwich. Her research investigated the impact of stress on cerebellar function and memory systems. After graduating, Olivia worked for the NHS on an acute psychiatric assessment unit in Cambridge.
Olivia left the ARC in February 2021.
