Relatives Questionnaire (RQ)

This tool is designed for parents and carers of possibly autistic adults to report on their child’s development as they remember it between the ages of 4 and 10. It is a variant of the CAST (Childhood Autism Spectrum Test), adapted for third-person reporting and framed in the past tense.
